Well, the original digitizer wont load all the way, it cant find the original dongle turned in with purchase of the Digitizer Pro upgradenew dongle the upgraded digitizer pro wont install without the original. Janome support told me when the new computer is done just start the install with my first version of Digitizer and follow with each update. Pro with the newest dongle at the time all upgrades versions V. My xp computer has died and I had a new computer built to the specifications recommendations by Janome tech support team.
